BOSS and User Portal
CORE utilizes web-based BOSS (Business Objective Support System) in order to provide detailed reports for users. BOSS is an automated reporting system that collects operational data from all of CORE’s ORP systems (work order management, mobile asset management, billing, inventory, etc) along with external accounting systems. From here, BOSS can produce detailed reports per payroll period, monthly, or at any predetermined time. These reports provide important insight on the status of the business, loss and/profitability, cost allocations, employee performance, quality assurance, and other numerous areas. All of this information is provided to help management pinpoint sections that need improvement in order for the businesses to run optimally.
All of this information is also accessible via CORE’s client web-portal. Through our portal we provide clients operational visibility for management, so they can see what is happening, when it is happening, and where it is happening. This on-demand reporting allows for greater decision making capabilities, thus, reducing management overhead. By providing a more fully electronic business environment, human resources are optimized to their full capacity. This optimization stems from businesses no longer having to engage in tasks that are not part of their core competencies. Analytics & Alerting
Our ORP systems are extensively data driven, meaning that we collect mountains of specific business operational data, organize it, and present it to you in a friendly user interface. We provide a custom dashboard making it easy for clients to access management reports, contacts, files and authorized permissions. Our system will provide users with constant email updates so you can stay on top of your team at all times. Further, CORE makes it easy to export all our data analytics into slides and graphs, leaving you with a proper visual representation of our findings. Additionally these reports can either be accessed manually or automatically (hourly, daily, weekly, etc.) via email based on permissions and job titles.
